MAIN OBJECTIVES
You are responsible for the visuals and creative part of the agency.
You continuously monitors and performs survey of the competing campaigns. From the brief of the sales team or creative director, you create and recommend with editor / copywriter the project themes and creative axes. You coordinate with the editor / copywriter the implementation of the creative concept and visuals for the project. You are responsible for creative visual (concept, implementation), supervise and control the colleague(s) to whom you delegate the work to perform in a determined schedule and in accordance to the project requirements and specifications. Your main objective is to contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty to the agency by the quality of your daily monitoring, your creative skills and the quality of your recommendations and guidance. You are responsible to present, with the account manager, the visual creative axes and developments of the projects during presentation meeting with clients. You will follow up and assist the creative part of production (paper choice, printing technics, material) in collaboration with production officer. And the overall ability to meet deadlines planned in coordination with Account managers.
MISSIONS
Your objective is to provide to all our clients visual creative quality work, perfectly matching with brief that was made by account manager and in full coordination with the Art Director.
1 – Responsible to develop and monitor your own workload to complete dedicated projects in full compliance with the specifications, briefing, while freeing time for:
a. Conduct, alone or in collaboration with the Account manager and Copywriter, briefings / debriefings (individual and collective) tailored to each customer need and every employee.
b. Implement effective operational assistance and tool that may assist all colleagues in there day to day work.
c. Establish a permanent monitoring to enhance the creativity of the agency.2 – Responsible for developing and monitoring the workload of the team in order to:
a. Fully satisfy the customer on timing and quality (in this context and in line with the Agency Direction, you have the responsibility to use any external resources required in respect of budgetary constraints)
b. Balancing quantity and quality of the workload for the team to maintain motivation and progress of each3 – Responsible to transmit to the team, Project, strategic issues and values on which the Management team wants to push the development of the agency.4 – You assist in commercial meeting to present your creative axes and graphics.

EDITORIAL MISSION
Your objective is to provide to all our clients editorial quality work, perfectly matching with brief that was made by account manager (promises, brochures, guides, flyers, press releases, technical documentation, annual reports…) and in full coordination with the Art Director. To do this: – In coordination with the Creative Director/ Art Director, you ensure the proper implementation of various projects of the agency on a daily basis. – You coordinate all the missions entrusted to the editorial office. – You get to know the world of the client concerns and ask any relevant question concerning its business target, its segment, its vision … – Conduct, alone or in collaboration with the account manager and art director, briefings / debriefings (individual and collective) tailored to each customer need and every employee. – You adapt your style on fast and flexible way to the specifics of each client and each type of document and the requirements on both, brief content and tone to use. – For document that requires it, you ensure the overall adequacy of your message with the requirements of the creative direction of the Agency. – You are responsible to defend your projects with clients. This mission requires a strong editorial skills and an ability to adapt to different environment / targets.

KNOWLEDGE:
Expert in PAO software (Adobe CS Suite: Illustrator-In Design-Photoshop / Quark Xpress) – Good knowledge of Printing Process and Production process. Mac environment.
SKILLS:
- Conceptualizing and developing creative ideas
- Expert in PAO tools to implement and enrich creative ideas and execute the documents for printing/ production process
- Chosing and manipulating fonts, respecting the typographic rules.
ABILITIES:
- Good general Culture and knowledge in the fields of Arts and Graphics
- Good communication abilities –oral / written / visual presentation
- Organizational capacities on the project process
- Ability to manage and solve problems to propose appropriate solutions to demands.
EXPERIENCE:
at least two years of experience in related field –communication or advertising agency
MAIN DUTIES:
- To Take, understand then restitute the creative brief of the Account Executive/Art Director in the LogBook.
- Studying the content (information and material) provided by the client.
- Under the supervision of the Art Director, brainstorming and providing creative graphic ideas that will be presented to the client.
- To develop ideas and adapt graphics to the client demand in various supports.
- Executing designs on the computer with appropriate technologies, and ensure the proper execution of the file to be produced.
- To provide required supports to enable proof-reading and approval.
LIST OF MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
The Senior Graphic Designer will respond on:
. The technical viability and the quality of his own executed files to be sent to production
. Saving and archiving the working files following AD’s Archive policy
. Being in possession of the complete information needed for the beginning of the project and to report to the Project manager/Account Executive/Art director any missing elements.
. To meet the deadlines of the project
. The general satisfaction of the client.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
The Senior Creative Graphic designer will be working with:
. The Art Director from whom he will brainstorm & take his intructions to develop creative visual solutions for the client.
. With the account executive in case of a short brief directly transmitted.
. Others Designers such as Creative Jr/Sr, Layout designers on collaborative projects . Production officer for the technical matters related to production. External relations (representation of the company):
. Suppliers: if needed, to transmit to printing house or other suppliers the specifications of the document to be produced.
. Partners, such as photographers Supervision: none
RESOURCES AT DISPOSAL (Managing tools, professional training…)
. Furnitures, Art and Graphic Design books and proper computer material . Project Process managing tools: Logbook (project management book) / Process Tools
. Professional training sessions will be provided in time on different matters –tehcnic, project… – on the working houres.

MISSION
Accounts/Admin is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting and office administration. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.
